The Place
Parkgata 15 sits in the heart of Tromsø, on the top floor with unobstructed views across the city, the fjord, and the mountain range on the mainland. The Kingspark Penthouse is a fully private apartment for two to four guests, with a balcony that makes the view the first and last thing you see each day.
The light here changes constantly. In November, the sun barely clears the horizon, burning through low cloud in a streak of orange that lingers for an hour then fades. In June, the midnight sun circles and the apartment never quite gets dark.
The Space
Two bedrooms, each with a double bed, and two full bathrooms with heated floors. The kitchen is fully equipped for serious cooking: oven, dishwasher, kettle, and coffee machine. A dining table seats four.
A washing machine and dryer are available in the apartment. Bed linen and towels are included; a hair dryer and bathroom amenities are provided.
