The Service
Every booking at The Arctic Lux comes with access to our concierge team. We handle the logistics so that arrival is the beginning of the stay, not the beginning of the planning.
Before you arrive: restaurant reservations, experience bookings, airport transfers, provisioning the kitchen with specific items, arranging a welcome bottle, booking a massage. During your stay: adjustments, additions, and the kind of requests that don't fit a category.
How It Works
Send your request to mail@tromsobnb.no or via the inquiry form. We respond within four hours during business hours. For bookings requiring advance notice, particularly restaurant tables in high season and helicopter charters, we recommend contacting us at least two weeks before arrival.
Concierge services are available to all guests staying at The Arctic Lux properties. Fees vary depending on the services requested and will be communicated clearly before any booking is confirmed.
